My order hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?

Look for your shipping confirmation to track your parcel. You may have tax/duties owing.

All orders are sent by a tracked service and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Usually, parcels leave the warehouse within 3 days of an order being placed, but occasionally this can take up to 1 week. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email within one week please check your SPAM folder then contact us. 

 

Once parcels are shipped from our warehouse they usually arrive at their global destination within 5 days. You can track your parcel using the tracking number/link in your shipping confirmation email. Please bear in mind that your parcel may be held up by border security, or DHL may be awaiting the payment of duties and tax to customs. In these cases, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process - sorry!
