We recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to ordering as these are the buyer's responsibility.
While we do our best to provide up-to-date information to our customers, we ask that you conduct your own research on the rules of your destination as each country has its own systems in place that may change frequently.
Unfortunately, if you find that there are duties or taxes owing once your products are held by customs in your country, we CANNOT accept returns. This is due to New Zealand's strict biosecurity measures that require returned honey to be destroyed.
Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility.
We recommend asking your local authorities for information on the following:
- Are there restrictions on importing honey or manuka honey?
- Is there a maximum volume or weight of honey that can be imported?
- What is the maximum value goods that can be sent before taxes or duties are applied?
- Are there restrictions on importing dietary supplements/vitamins?
